[LEGAL REVIEW] Every song is made to order
Nothing here comes off a shelf. When you pay, our engines record a track from your answers that did not exist before and will not exist for anyone else, so the usual right to change your mind about a digital purchase ends once the song is delivered. That is exactly why you hear it first.
[LEGAL REVIEW] Listen before you pay
Every song gives you a free preview of about 25 seconds, taken from the real recording rather than a sample, before any payment is taken. If the preview is not what you hoped for, start again with different answers: nothing is charged until you decide to unlock the full track.
[LEGAL REVIEW] When we give your money back
If the song you paid for is broken, so it will not play, is silent, stops short, comes back in the wrong language or plainly ignores the brief, tell us within 14 days of buying it and we will re-record it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Outside those cases we still refund at our discretion when it is plainly the right thing to do. We do not refund a song that is simply not to your taste after you have heard the preview and paid.
[LEGAL REVIEW] Refunds we make without being asked
If you are charged twice for the same song, we refund the duplicate automatically. If a take you paid for fails to generate and we cannot deliver a working track, we refund the payment without you having to ask. Either way the money goes back to the card that paid it, and it will appear from us on your statement.
[LEGAL REVIEW] How to ask
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account, with the link to the song. We reply within two working days and, once a refund is agreed, send it the same day; your bank usually takes five to ten days to show it.
[LEGAL REVIEW] Gifts
A song sent as a gift is refunded to the person who paid, not to the recipient. If a scheduled gift email fails to arrive, tell us and we will resend it or cancel the delivery: a gift that never arrived is a technical failure and is refunded in full.
[LEGAL REVIEW] Bundles and credits
A bundle buys song credits at a lower price each. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent on a song are not, unless that song qualifies above. When we refund a bundle we take back any credits you have not used.
[LEGAL REVIEW] If you are in the EU or the UK
Your statutory rights come first and nothing here removes them. Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase, but that right ends once delivery of made-to-order content has begun with your agreement, which is what you give when you unlock your song. If a song was faulty rather than simply unwanted, the paragraphs above apply and so does your right to a repair, a replacement or a refund.
